Job Role:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Convert leads into sales, ensuring high conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects in line with client expectations
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in the BTL industry preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Strong ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
